Learning Objectives / Desired Outcomes
At the completion of this educational activity, participants will:
  1. Be aware of new data on HIV treatment strategies, including treatment initiation, and choosing regimens after treatment failure.
  2. Know about agents in development for HIV treatment.
  3. Learn about new data on HIV prevention, including outcomes from recent PrEP studies.
Presenter Bio
Roy Gulick, MD, MPH
Roy M. Gulick, MD, MPH is the Rochelle Belfer Professor of Medicine and Chief of the Division of Infectious Diseases in the Department of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine/New York-Presbyterian Hospital. He is Principal Investigator of the NIH-funded Weill Cornell-New Jersey Medical School HIV Clinical Trials Unit and serves as the Co-Chair of the US DHHS Antiretroviral Treatment Guidelines Panel. He is an internationally-recognized leader in clinical research in HIV.
Continuing Education Credit

This CME activity was approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit on March 19, 2019 and will terminate March 18, 2022.

The target audience is all physicians, NPs and PAs involved or interested in HIV education.
