The Hepatitis C and Drug User Health Center of Excellence offers clinical cards on Harm Reduction to NYS medical providers free of charge. These convenient cards provide clinically relevant information on implementing a harm reduction treatment plan, developing a safety plan for people who inject drugs, syringe use and risk, reducing stigma, changing the language of substance use, the CEI Line, as well as the websites for further guideline information and CEI initiatives.
